Prairie Cottage

We'll come again Negative: The master bedroom was too hot to sleep the first night. Even after opening windows in that room with our door shut had a fitful night. The screen on the thermostat we searched out did not light up. Low battery. The next morning our Granddaughter said her room was too cold all night, but ok under the covers. In the light of day we were successful to adjust the temp to a low temp. Slept great the second night, so much so not much time to gather up and check out. Sorry.

Snohomish Prairie Cottage has everything you would ever need to make for a most enjoyable stay. Everything is so clean and oh so cozy. Beds are very comfy. Bathroom with soaking tub is amazing! Beautiful country setting outdoors with a fire pit, barbecue and hammocks. Plenty of room for children to roam. Can’t wait for our next stay!!

We got to stay at the cottage while our own house was being remodeled and it was such a home away from home. The kids played in the prairie and my wife sipped her early morning coffee on the porch listening to the Spring birds. We were inspired! We are motivated to make our own house to make our own house beautiful with design and decor. The host is a true designer, you will not be disappointed. And the books! There wasn’t enough time to read them all. Kindness shows through all the little touches and one couldn’t help feeling well cared for. We hope to be back!

This getaway was exactly what we needed for our wedding anniversary - refreshing, refilling & rejuvenating. All of the special little touches around the house and how clean and well decorated the house is makes the visit feel like a 5-star experience. Definitely book a stay here!
